Use the Shampoo Suitable For Hair Type:
A shampoo cleanses your scalp and also makes your hair soft and smooth. However you should always use the shampoo which is suitable for your hair. For better results, wash your hair twice with the shampoo. If you have dandruff, you should try some anti-dandruff shampoo, if you have oily hair, you should try shampoo accordingly.
Use Cold Water For Washing:
It would be a bit difficult task in winters, but never use hot water to rinse your hair, as it will make it dry and rough. Cool water helps to have better hair as compared to hot water. By cold water I don’t mean to use freezing cold water, here I mean to use water of normal temperature.
Use of oil is the best treatment for soft and silky hair. It is compulsory to do oil massage once every week. For women it is a very important treatment to maintain good skin and hair health. Vinegar helps to maintain the pH balance of the hair. Rinsing your hair with the vinegar, will close the cuticles of your hair making it smoother, softer and shiner.
Use an Egg Mask:
Another tip for silky hair that starts in the kitchen. After washing and conditioning, apply a mask of two egg whites to your hair, then wait for ten minutes and rinse with cold water. Make sure you wash your hair properly with leaving smell of egg in hair. It keeps your hair soft and shiny.
Skip A Day:
Don’t use shampoo everyday, it will damage your hair. Our hair need natural oil and and use of shampoo daily will dry it out.
Don’t Forget To Use Conditioner:
For the silkiest, healthiest hair, remember to use conditioner every time you wash. Conditioner will replace some of the oils you washed away and will make it easier to comb after washing.
Use a Protection Mist:
If you must use a blow dryer, straighter, or rod, then use a heat protection product. These sort of products will help minimize the damage heat can do, and even help repair damage that’s already been done.
Here’s a tip for silky hair that will do your whole body good: don’t smoke, and if you already do, quit it. The smoke can damage your hair like all other pollution, it will make your hair dull, and it can dry it out.
